Can I purchase additional discounted tickets when I arrive? If so, how much are they?

Yes, Absolutely! Our resort offers tickets for just about everything there is to do in the area from the major theme parks to nightly dinner shows and even sporting events. Discounted tickets are only available while you're staying with us. The best thing to do is check with our gifting or ticket office when you arrive and they will give you all the information you need on the best available deals during the time you are traveling. Or you may call them at: (407) 986-3937 - You can purchase tickets to any theme park of your choice for $135 by booking an open-dated package online today. If your not a resident of Florida, the going rate for attraction tickets can typically range from $150 - $180. Can I get extra nights added to my package when we're ready to travel?

Certainly, Unless We're Over-Booked. We can customize your package to fit your individual needs. Additional nights are subject to availability and prevailing rates. If you wish to add extra nights, simply contact our customer service department and inquire about availability by calling (407)997-1741 or emailing us at - * Additionally, we suggest you book online. You can add to your shopping cart any vacation package that is available and add up to 7 nights to your stay at Calypso Cay Resort, whether it's a hotel or villa accommodation. We keep our booking engine updated with the best rates, and after booking you will have the option to schedule an appointment directly with our reservations department to help you plan your family getaway.

What are the check-in & check-out times for the hotel and villas?

Regular Check-In Time Begins Daily At 4pm. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available before 4 pm but if your room is ready and clean when you arrive you may be allowed to check in early. Daily check-out time is 10 am for both hotel suites and villa stays. Early check-ins and check-outs may be requested with the front desk and are based upon availability, and may result in additional fees. The front desk will always be able to store your luggage should you need to leave your room early and have an extended time before traveling to the airport. Consequently we can also store your luggage if you arrive early and are not able to get into your room for an early check-in.

Customer Service

Why can't I choose my dates when booking online?

Because We Have Limited Availability. Calypso Cay Resort has only 206 villas and with our rooms listed on, Tripadvisor and Expedia etc. + other partnerships, we have to make sure we don't over book. We can assure you, you won't find a cheaper price for any of our accommodations anywhere else and they definitely won't include theme park tickets + a car rental. These promotional vacation packages are not available anywhere else online not even on our home page The reason we allow you to book your open-dated package online is because these deals will not last long and it is best for you to secure your deal now instead of finding out later that it is not available any longer. What happens after I book my vacation with Calypso Cay Resort?

You'll Receive 2 Emails + Schedule An Appointment With Our Customer Service Team. After booking you will immediately get an email from with an itemized receipt with the details of everything you purchased. You will then have the option to schedule an appointment directly with a customer service member to help you plan your family getaway. You will then have 12 months to choose your travel dates and visit Calypso Cay Resort. If you know your travel dates we will reserve them for you if they are available.
You will then receive your travel confirmation email with a booking number to use at check-in within 3 business days (72 hours). Please remember not to make any travel arrangements (ex. airline reservations) without a written confirmation of accommodations.

Are there additional charges?

Yes & This Is Important To Know. The price paid for your package covers only the accommodations and any listed gifts such as theme park tickets, visa gift cards or your car rental, which will be listed in your receipt you'll receive by email. Travelers are responsible for state and/or local hotel taxes, resort fees, security deposit holds in case of incidentals. If you stay in our hotels we will provide continental breakfast. We do not provide food to our guests that stay in our villas. Our villas include a fully equipped kitchen, you can purchase groceries on property at Walmart or Publix. Additionally, you can purchase food at our poolside tiki bar and we'll be opening a Dunkin Donuts conveniently located inside our resort coming Spring 2019.

Does this vacation package require me to see a presentation?

Yes, But Here's How We're Different. First thing to point out is, this is NOT a timeshare presentation. Secondly, you are not obligated to purchase anything. Now that we have that out of the way, we would like to show you our travel club membership. Here's the best part about it. If you're planning on traveling after December 1st, 2018, you may be able to view our travel club presentation from your computer in the comfort of your own home, not while you're already here at Calypso Cay on vacation. It would be a webinar/skype meeting at a time that's convenient for you. This makes a big difference in the quality of your vacation because you won't have to spend any vacation time listening to a sales pitch. You'll be able to arrive in Orlando, FL and enjoy your discounted vacation with your loved ones. At the moment we're the only resort offering this option. Travel clubs generally provide their members with access to discounts or other benefits on the future purchase of transportation, accommodations or other travel-related services at a very affordable price not found anywhere else. Basically if traveling and discovering the world has been in your heart, we urge you to keep an open mind. We really put together a great program. --- Last thing and it's a great benefit... If you really like what we show you & you know you would use it, you can use the money you paid for this vacation package your considering purchasing right now as the down payment towards the travel club. Essentially making your Orlando getaway FREE.

Does Calypso Cay offer shuttle service from the airport?

We do not offer airport shuttles at this time. Alternatives include car rental, taxi services or Uber/Lyft from the airport (approximately 19 miles from Orlando international airport). We recommend renting a car while on your trip in Central Florida. Calypso Cay has partnered with Tyrex Rent-A-Car ( to provide discounted car rental options to our guests. Customer service can provide you with information when you set your travel dates or you can also get information or set up a rental while at our resort from anyone at the front desk.

What happens if I can not use my package or wish to return it?

No problem, if it hasn't been 12 months since you purchased, just give us a call and we'll refund you. No questions asked. If your package is about to expire, we may be able to extend it for a small fee. Also, if you have returned your package for a refund, you can normally expect a refund within 14 business days. Normally this depends on your bank.
